Apply to join our Parent Support Programme

We provide tailored virtual sessions and parent-led planning to ensure that strategies align with your values and your child’s needs.  Means-tested bursaries are available to eligible families.

Guided by an experienced clinician, we offer personalised support programmes designed specifically for parents of young children (aged 3-8) who have, or are seeking, a diagnosis of autism.

Empowering Parents with Personalised Strategies

Our programme helps parents work alongside professionals to co-produce and apply parenting strategies tailored to their child’s individual needs. By focusing on what works best for each family, we support positive change that fits into everyday life and feels manageable and effective.

Building Confidence in Parenting

We understand that parenting a child with additional needs can feel overwhelming. Through guided sessions, practical tools, and reassurance, we help parents grow in confidence, recognise their strengths, and feel empowered to respond to challenges with calm and consistency.

Developing Children’s Key Life Skills

The programme supports families in encouraging their child’s development in essential life skills—such as communication, emotional regulation, independence, and social interaction. These early foundations help children thrive both at home and in educational settings.

Supporting Parental Wellbeing

We place a strong emphasis on the wellbeing of parents and carers. When parents feel supported, less isolated, and better equipped to manage stress, the whole family benefits. Our group environment fosters encouragement, understanding, and space to focus on your own needs too.

Reducing Distress and Enhancing Quality of Life

By offering early support, we aim to reduce behaviours of distress and promote more positive interactions within the family. Over time, this can contribute to better outcomes for the child, including more appropriate educational placements and improved daily life for everyone involved.

We are committed to making this programme accessible. A limited number of bursary-funded places are available for families who may face financial barriers to participation. Please complete the form below:
